Our Aims

The aim of the Friends of Cheltenham and Regional Cemeteries Inc. is:

• To raise awareness by promoting the conservation and appreciation of the Cheltenham and Regional Cemeteries as places of local, state and national importance

• To actively research and preserve the history of the Cheltenham and Regional Cemeteries

• To collate, share and publish stories of persons interred in the Cheltenham and Regional Cemeteries

• To facilitate the restoration of monuments through close links with interested organisations, descendants and other stakeholders

• To do all such other things as are conducive or incidental to the attainment of the above purposes or any of them.
